Located in Houston, Texas, Master Cosmetologist Roxanne Ray founded Personal Affects Salon, LLC. in 1986. A nationally and internationally recognized artist, Roxanne is the creator of ROXXLOXX™ education courses and Personal Affects LOXXProducts. Now expanding the LOXX™  product line to include ROXXLOXX™  products.  Roxanne is a Master Sisterlocks® Consultant, Color Code People Skills Facilitator, and a former Master Trainer for Sisterlocks®, Design Essentials, Nioxin, DOME, and Pro Hair Extensions.

Roxanne provides an education forum for both professionals and clients.

For clients, she brings the skills needed to care for natural hair at home. For professionals, she offers continuing education, sharing the many skills and insight gathered over the years as an owner, stylist, and educator. In addition, many of her hosted events bring both clients and professionals together!

Chasrah has a lifetime of experience as a natural hair stylist. She earned her cosmetology license in 2005 and became a Sisterlocks® Master Stylist in 2007. She is the second generation owner of Personal Affects Inc., originally established in 1986 by her mother, Master Cosmetologist, Educator and former  Sisterlocks® Trainer, Roxanne Ray.

Chasrah is passionate about highly textured hair, free from harmful chemicals and extensions. As a Sisterlocks Retightening Specialist, she specializes in Sisterlocks and Brotherlocks and does not use extensions. If texture altering chemicals are necessary, they are used in a very limited manner and are only of the highest quality.

In addition to styling and maintaining natural hair, Chasrah’s mission is to educate her clients and other professionals with classes such as “Daddy Knows Hair Care” for clients and “Consulting for Sisterlocks ® Consultants” for professionals. She is based in the Columbus, Oh area but also travels to New York City and Houston, TX for hair care appointments and seminars.

Integrative Holistic Medicine Expert & OB-GYN

Chandra Higginbotham is a dedicated obstetrician gynecologist based out of Houston, Texas. Inspired by her mother, Euphoria Harrison, an environmental scientist, Chandra went on to obtain her doctorate degree in medicine at the Louisiana State University Medical School in 1987.

Dr. Higginbotham's special interests involve the wellbeing and prolonged care of women. She fused her passion and life's work together to open her own practice, The Women's Health Solution in the fall of 2003 and in 2019, she then went on to open The Health Spot. This facility is a model of health from a functional perspective using food as medicine, group visits, online classes and community relations.

Dr. Higginbotham's career is a testimony of faith and perseverance and she has joined Personal Affects as the ROXXLOXX(TM) on-call expert for hair recovery as it relates to nutrition and blood chemistry.
